1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions :-

 

-> The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery

-> The return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the product

-> The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

-> Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact

 

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund :-

 

-> Products purchased during sale or clearance offers

-> Personal care, skincare, beauty, or hygiene products (for safety reasons)

-> Artificial jewellery once opened or used

-> Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling

 

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps :-

  1.  Contact our customer support by email / phone number
  2.  Share your Order ID, product images, and reason for return
  3.  Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours
  4.  Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

4. Refund Policy

-> After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection

-> If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method

-> Refunds will be completed within 7–10 business days

-> Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our technically Problem.

 

5. Replacement Policy

-> Replacement will be provided for damaged or incorrect products, subject to stock availability.

-> If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

-> Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.

-> Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

 

7. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after the processing period :-

 

-> Check your bank account.

-> Contact your bank or payment provider.

-> If the issue persists, contact our customer support by email / phone number.

Saniya Fashion Mart reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes will be updated on this page with a revised effective date.
